Are you driven by working with others towards common goals and contributing to making tomorrow a little better? We are taking the next step in our ambition to continuously improve and are now looking for an Improvement Leader for our Logistics Hub in Enköping.
The Lean Office department is tasked with enabling managers and leaders across Martin & Servera Logistics to reach their full potential. By identifying, coordinating, and driving initiatives based on customer needs, we strengthen the ability to lead, collaborate, and create ongoing applications of qualitative, sustainable, safe, and efficient working methods. We work closely with the business and through coaching, training, and learning, we build a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.
About the Role
As an Improvement Leader, your primary task is to support, coordinate, and drive the application of methods and principles in the business for effective and value-creating improvement work.
You will be part of an engaged, brave, and competent team of Improvement Leaders who work together towards a continuously improving Martin & Servera Logistics.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with managers, leaders, and specialists as well as cross-functionally with other functions in the business. You will lead a cross-functional group within the operational site, which are your ambassadors in the improvement work.
You will report to the Lean Office Manager, and the position is based in Enköping. Travel may occur as part of the job.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate within and between warehouse locations to identify and implement value-creating & effective improvement initiatives, focusing on working methods and best practices.
- Identify, drive, and ensure competence in the business regarding principles and methods in improvement work (Lean).
- Support and coordinate managers to establish, prioritize, and follow up on goals and activities related to goal management and improvement work.
- Initiate and drive ongoing evaluations of the business's improvement work.
- Lead and coordinate the local Lean group.
- Coordinate local activities within environment & quality, including internal and external audits of ISO9001 and FSSC22000.

To Succeed in This Role, We See That You Have:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience – which we assess as equivalent.
- Documented experience in driving improvement and change work through and with managers and leaders.
- Good understanding of change management and experience working in roles where you lead through coaching and facilitation.
- Practical experience in structured improvement work (e.g., Lean, problem-solving methodology, or similar).
- Very good communication skills and confidence in facilitating workshops, training, and group processes.
It Is Meritorious If You Also Have:
- Previous experience in a leadership position or equivalent responsibility.
- Experience leading projects or larger improvement initiatives.
- Education in leadership, project management, or equivalent.
- Previous experience with ISO9001 and FSSC22000.
